Delivery Policy

All of our products that you special order from our website need to be ordered from our vendors and delivered to our store. This usually takes between 4-8 weeks. We will let you know if a product will take longer than 8 weeks to come in. When the products arrive at our store we will contact you to let you know your merchandise is ready for pickup. We can also deliver merchandise within 50 miles of our location in Clive, IA. When you checkout you should see a delivery option if your zip code is within 50 miles. If you choose delivery and pay the $79 we will call you to schedule our delivery team to deliver your merchandise to your home. THis service includes assembly and setup in your home. Our team will inspect for damage and haul away debris from the delivery. The customer is responsible for ordering furniture that will fit through doorways and hallways and be able for our team to deliver the furniture without causing damage to property or the furniture. If a delivery is unable to be completed because of size constraints then it can be returned to us and a refund can be made minus the 20% cancellation fee.
