Refund policy

All sales become final after 30 days of accepting merchandise. Returns or exchanges before 30 days may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge. This charge will be used for all merchandise that is un-packaged and/or assembled including mattresses. There is also a 20% cancellation fee on all special orders from our vendors that are cancelled after that product has been shipped to our store. All returns need to be in "like new" and unused condition to be acceptable for a return. We do not need original packaging if already opened. Refunds will be made within 24 hours. Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to be credited to your account.
